*Further explanation on “Individual modules of a postgraduate programme” :

Individual modules of a postgraduate programme can be accredited as standalone receptive CPE activities and awarded a maximum of 10 CPE points per module. However, once a claim for CPE points has been made for any individual module, the pharmacist is not permitted to claim CPE points for the postgraduate programme as a whole.

#Further explanation on “receptive activity straddling across two CPE cycles” :

If a receptive activity straddles across two CPE cycles, the CPE Programme Provider should determine, in consultation with the CPE Administrator, whether CPE points can be awarded only upon completion of the entire activity or can be separately awarded for each CPE cycle based on attendance. In the latter case, the calculation of CPE points should be based on the approved hours of attendance attained in each CPE cycle or on a pro-rata basis if a CPE points ceiling applies to the activity. For example, in the case of a two-day certificate course spanning the 2024/25 and 2025/26 CPE cycles with a total of over 10 training hours, the CPE points to be awarded for each cycle should be calculated as follows :

Regardless of whether claiming CPE points on a pro-rata basis or after completing an entire CPE activity, the CPE Programme Provider should issue proper certification documents to confirm the pharmacist’s attendance or completion of the activity.
