About the Seminar
Oral health is an integral part of overall health and well-being, yet it is often overlooked in routine care. The Guidelines of Practice for Community Pharmacy issued by Primary Healthcare Commission in 2025 have recognised oral health promotion and preventive oral care as valuable clinical services. This highlights the position of community pharmacies to broaden access to essential oral healthcare in the community, especially in early intervention, targeted education, and referral to dental care.

This seminar is designed to strengthen pharmacists’ knowledge and practical skills in identifying, managing, and preventing common oral health conditions. Through evidence-based learning, participants will explore the principles of oral hygiene and the role of different oral care products. Hence, they will be equipped to take an active role in promoting better oral health outcomes in the community.

CPE Accreditation
The seminar will serve as one of the Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) Programmes, and 2 CPE points will be awarded.
Note: CPE is only applicable to eligible local participants and subject to final approval from individual college for the accreditation application.
